KAIZUNO® strengthens organizations and their people from within.
When you ride a bike, you just want to enjoy the ride. But sometimes the brake rubs or the gears give up. Then you’re glad when someone knows their stuff and helps you get rolling again quickly.
You are the ones who know their stuff. KAIZUNO gives your experience more reach.

Reach more people with KAIZUNO.
You want to enable people to solve their issues themselves—that is exactly what connects us. As a partner, you bring your experience, your methods and your offerings together with the universal approach and the digital system. That way you support more organizations, which keep working on their own between your sessions. Your focus areas and your existing partnerships remain yours.
Where we can achieve more together.
Coaches and small consultancies
Support more teams that keep going on their own.
With KAIZUNO, you work like a soccer coach: you stand on the sideline, the team scores the goals—and nobody doubts the team would do worse without you. You help with getting started and wherever your experience is needed; between your appointments, the teams carry out their next steps themselves. That way you can support several teams at once.
Chambers and associations
Open up a way for your members to act.
You know the topics your members care about. With KAIZUNO, you can offer them programs they use to tackle their tasks on their own. Your closeness and your network open the door; the system lets many companies work on it at the same time.
Excellence organizations
Win more organizations for excellence.
You make it easier for teams to get started with excellence and support them in putting improvements into practice. That way you reach a wider circle of organizations—some of which may become new applicants for your awards.
Universities and education providers
Make knowledge work in practice.
You connect your expertise and your courses with real tasks in organizations. People apply what they have learned and develop their skills along the way. That way you can fulfill your educational mission on a broad scale.
Banks and insurers
Stronger companies as customers.
You give your business customers access to KAIZUNO, for example for succession, future development or managing risks. The companies work on their topics on their own. You offer them additional support and help strengthen their stability and performance.
Do you recognize yourselves here?
Let’s talk about whom you want to reach and how KAIZUNO fits your work.
Two experts building a business of their own.
Anyone who has refined their craft over years carries something that is in no textbook—and that no AI has: experience. Many eventually feel the wish to do more with it—alongside their job, or as a new path. Karen Wagner knows the dental practice from the inside, Mario Puschitz the dental industry. With KAIZUNO, the two are building a business of their own: as coaches for their industry. Part of it is a book with the experiences of 44 people from practices, labs, industry and associations.
“We don’t just want to experience the dental industry, we want to help shape its future—with our experience and in conversation with those who shape it every day.”
Karen Wagner (K4 Dent) and Mario Puschitz (MENTRO)
The full story
At a dental practice, Karen Wagner is responsible for quality management; she trained as an excellence assessor and is a certified coach of INQA, the German federal initiative for better work (Initiative Neue Qualität der Arbeit). On the side, she has started her own business, K4 Dent—she does both: the practice and the coaching. And with KAIZUNO, the team of the practice where she works has assessed its own work.
Mario Puschitz worked in the dental industry for a long time, including at GC Europe, and knows the market across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He wanted to go independent—and in conversation with us the idea came up: a book about the industry. Today he advises clients with his own company, MENTRO, in the dental industry and beyond.

The industry is in the middle of upheaval: investors are buying practices, aligners are shifting patient flows, skilled staff are getting scarcer, reforms are changing the rules. That is exactly why the two are holding many conversations with people from practices, labs, industry and associations. This gives them a picture of the industry across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, builds their network and moves their own consulting forward. At the same time, a new book in the KAIZUNO series is taking shape that shows the dental industry in its many facets—told by those who shape it every day.
This works wherever people have refined their craft over years. Sometimes it turns into a book, sometimes into a business of one’s own. For Karen Wagner and Mario Puschitz it is both—plus a digital system that makes their work as coaches easier.

“In our dental practice, KAIZUNO uncovered the causes of our daily problems. Now we know clearly what should stay, what has to change and what can go.”

A chamber that delivers solutions.
Chambers of commerce and associations hold together what carries a region: they give businesses a voice in politics, connect them and look after the next generation. The Biel-Seeland Chamber of Commerce (WIBS) in Switzerland also gives its members a tool with which every business tackles its issues itself, in its own way: the KMU Digital Roadmap (SME Digital Roadmap).
“Especially in one of Switzerland’s leading export regions, SMEs need simple solutions with quick results. KAIZUNO delivers—that is why our SME roadmaps are based on it.”
Gilbert Hürsch · Managing Director, Biel-Seeland Chamber of Commerce
The full story

The KMU Digital Roadmap is a program of the Biel-Seeland Chamber of Commerce for its members. It exists to strengthen the businesses and the region. It started in 2017 as a series of workshops—well made, but a format for management: you had to travel there. The chamber stuck with it. Today, in the age of AI, the roadmap runs digitally with KAIZUNO—and is open to everyone in the business. Companies such as Posalux and Fischer Electric have used the roadmap, both on paper and digitally.
The chamber asks its members what is on their minds—and doesn’t stop at the survey: the businesses work on the topics directly in the roadmap, from red tape to cyberattacks to skilled staff, right through to concrete next steps. Themselves, with their own team.
And it keeps evolving: together with the Canton of Bern, the SME Sustainability Roadmap was created, now part of the KMU Digital Roadmap. The latest step is the quick assessment with the option of an in-depth assessment. That is how we keep developing the offering—with feedback from the businesses, with the topics of the day and with what technology can newly do. When a new topic comes up among the members, the solution follows it directly. And so the roadmap brings the businesses’ topics together under one roof: lean in effort, individual for each business, and the decisions are made in the business itself.

A stage for excellence in practice.
Excellence Talks is one of the largest Business Excellence communities in the world: more than 600,000 followers, with a reach of more than one million professionals. Murat Aydin founded it with Christian Forstner and leads it today.
With its own awards, Excellence Talks also honors people around the world who champion excellence: the community nominates its candidates, and awards are given in several categories.
For our partners, this can be a stage: what you achieve with KAIZUNO reaches professionals all over the world who value excellence in practice.
