KAIZUNO® Start – Procedure and effort

The most common questions we are asked on first contact: “How does this work in practice?” –“How long will it take?” –“What is in store for us?”

Here are our answers:

Preparation

You start with a coach who knows KAIZUNO® and your industry. This will help you make quick progress and avoid unnecessary mistakes. Together you describe your organization in the system and clarify the problem to be tackled.

Your effort: approx. 2 hours, depending on what information you have to hand.

Benefit: Structured organizational description that you can reuse for all future purposes.

Implementation

One week (“In 5 days to success”) with daily webinars (maximum 1 hour each). You will get to know our universal formula for success and apply it immediately. Step by step, one step every day.

At least one person from your team takes on the role of “tour guide”. They attend the webinars and apply what they have learned directly in the system after the webinar.

Effort: approx. 5+5 hours (for the “tour guide”)

Benefit: You will learn a natural approach that works for every problem. At the end of the week, you will already have a clear idea of how to solve your problem sustainably. The first reports have already been created automatically.

Follow-up

Your “tour guide” now knows how it works and can now confidently invite the team, who can now also contribute to the success with their know-how. The other participants invest 1 to x hours depending on your needs. Everything is optional in the system and you can define your approach very flexibly.

You can then update your reports – but with a complete, authentic view from all know-how carriers.

Effort: At your own discretion

Benefit: All know-how carriers are involved, you have an honest overall view, well-founded clarity and, if necessary, an external reporting basis. No separate change workshops are necessary.
